I'm not able to reconnect to Outlook and and mail, which are not allowing my flows to run.

PFA the images for details of the connections and the error msg that I'm getting.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Thank you,
Syed Hasan

    Hi Syed,

Thank you for providing the details and screenshots. It appears that a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy restriction is preventing you from using the Outlook and Mail connectors in your flows.

The error message refers to the "Office 365 Tenant Policy." I recommend contacting your Power Platform or Office 365 administrator to review the current DLP policy settings.

Additionally, you can share this Microsoft document with them for further guidance:

    Hey Syed,

You should consider creating a Policy and move the connectors under "Bussiness"

    • Access the Admin Center: Navigate to the Power Platform Admin Center, then go to Policies > Data policies, and click + New policy.
    • Name the Policy: Provide a meaningful name for your policy, such as "HR Data Policy," and proceed by clicking Next.
    • Classify Connectors: Assign connectors to one of the following groups:
      • Business: Trusted connectors for business-critical data.
      • Non-Business: Connectors for personal or less sensitive data.
      • Blocked: Connectors that are entirely prohibited.
    • Note: Connectors from different groups cannot be used together in the same app or flow.
    • Define Policy Scope: Choose the environments where this policy will be enforced. You can apply it to all environments, select specific ones, or exclude certain environments as needed.
    • Review and Save: Review your configurations to ensure accuracy, then click Create policy to enforce it.

    Hi CFernandes,

Im not able to directly reply to your post but I don't have admin privileges to create a new policy under data policies.
However, my flows started working for now. But, If you can provide me other solution for this issue. I would appreciate it.

    Thank you
