Hello,

I have this Power Apps connected to a SharePoint list and Power Automate Flow, but i'm getting an error for my SharePoint list.

The Power App works just fine when I run it while editing. It talks to the SharePoint list and runs a full 25 step PowerAutomate flow without any issue. The error occurs when trying to use the web link. The error occurs for myself and others that I've had help some with testing the link.

SharePoint list name: "Folder Access Test List"

There's only 3 text fields. I don't have any lookup fields.

Error: The requested operation is invalid. Server Response: Folder Access Test List failed: Field reference is not supported.

Anyone have any ideas around this error message?

I encountered this error. I had changed one of the list fields from Choice to Single Text. After deleting the field in the form (datacard), saving and closing the app, reopening it for editing, refreshing the data source and re-adding the field/datacard the error was resolved.
I knew it was a risk to edit the field type; I have read elsewhere that this is bad practice and best practice is to delete the field, then re-create it.

    Hey,

I had the same error. After checking all the cards in my app, i have found one dropdown with the Item property as Table({ID: "1"}.{ID:"2"}) so i mean the manually inserted options. When i changed this property to a refering to a Sharepoint list column one, the error disappeared.

    Hey,

This worked for me, I had a column with the "Add values manually" option on and when I took it off the error stopped.

    Hope this helps.

I had a similar problem. Found out that one of the fields seemed to be corrupted.  It was supposed to be a choice list.  Instead it was showing as text. But yet it still had the choices listed.   I had to change it back to choice and re-enter the choices.  My suggestion is that one of the fields may need to be recreated in order to solve it.
