I want to create a flow that is triggered when a FreshDesk ticket's status is updated. There is a built-in trigger named "When a ticket status changes" which appear to do what I need, but it requires entering an existing "Ticket Id":

As I don't know the ticket ID beforehand, I won't know what value to add to this field. Is there a similar trigger / action I could use which detects when any FreshDesk ticket's status is updated? I can use Power Automate to determine what ticket was updated and then perform the actions to it. (similar to how the "When a ticket is created" trigger works).
Once you can get 'List All Tickets' work, you can add more actions .
