Which entity to use in D365FO to get Product Image

I am trying to create a flow there I using the D365FO connector, the action GetRecords.

To get the products I choose the entity RetailEcoResProduct.

But which entity holds the image?

In D365FO, if I check the entities under "Data Management", I have found an entity "Product document attachment", but that is not available in D365FO connector.

Why is it different entity names in D365FO connector than in D365FO?

Are there any documentation around the data entities, some mapping between the ones in the connector and the ones in D365FO?

Best regards

Sofie

I found out that the entity "Product document attachment(EcoResProductDocumentAttachmentEntity)" is not public. So by changing the property "IsPublic" to Yes and enter values for properties "Public Collection Name" and "Public Entity Name" it will show up in the list!

    Hi @Anonymous,

The certain system entities which have image attributes holds the image, you could also add a image attribute into your custom entity. If the entity that you own doesn't support image property, I afraid that it could not store image data.

More details about Entity images, please check the following article:
