追加したナレッジが反映されない。

ナレッジとしてSharePointのURLを追加し、テストを行いました。
テスト画面では問題なくナレッジを踏まえた回答を返してくれます。
 
しかし、TeamsやデモWebサイトからコピペで全く同じ内容を質問しても、
回答できません、となってしまいます。
 
原因がわからず困っています。
対応方法をご存じの方いれば、教えてもらえると嬉しいです。
