Concurrency Control Issues

I built a flow that allows multiple documents to be sent out for approval based on the content in a column. It was working fine but recently the concurrency control is automatically turning off. I am able to turn it back on and run the flow once but then it turns its self-back off. Is there an extra step that is now required for me to keep it on?

    Have you tried to toggle off the New Designer and save your flow in the Classic Designer? The New Designer (like this forum) is still buggy.
