I created a process where once there is an action in SharePoint, it'll continuously start sending an email at 8AM, and 2PM daily. However, after testing it, it's sending both emails at 4AM.
I will propose that you change the trigger to a scheduled trigger to achieve the desired outcome.
You can query all items created in the day and send out the notifications.
