New, Updated and Deleted events syncing on two different Outlook Calendars

Hello all!

I am trying to create a flow(s) that would create, update and delete events as needed on two separate Outlook calendars. I have very little experience with flows so the more detailed the explanation the better. Here is a little more detail.

Say I create an event, in this case a new appointment for 6:30 pm EST on Tuesday, October 27th, on my WORK  Outlook calendar. I want said event to show on another Outlook calendar showing that I am busy during that time period. This part, I have been able to do successfully.

However, I have not been able to figure out how to get it to automatically Update the event, nor Delete the event if those changes are made. I won't waste your time or mine posting the flows I have attempted because none of them have worked which is why I'm here.

Again, this is for two Outlook calendars, I have found articles for Outlook to Google calendars and vice versa, but not Outlook to Outlook.

Any help is appreciated!!

    Hi @New_IT_Guy_12 ,

Perhaps you can refer to the method mentioned in this article, which seems to be more efficient than using Power Automate:

    Best Regards,
