Dynamically rename form section based on field input? (low code/ no code)

Hi,

Is it possible to dynamically rename a form's section based on text from a field? If a user types "ABC" in a text input field, can I dynamically rename that section to "ABC"? Appreciate any low code/ no code ideas as I'm completely new to this. Thanks!

    This doesn't exist, you will have to rename it manually. If you want it added, you can go to the ideas section and create an idea so Microsoft consider it for future improvement.
