How to send emails to users with multiple attachments

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to build a Power Automate flow to export a paginated report to PDF and send this to users. Some users have to check data for multiple IDs. So they are receiving multiple emails. Instead of this can we build a flow where we can group these attachments as separate PDF files or append these exported PDF files in to one PDF and send to users as an attachment. As of now my flow is looking like below. Any help in configuring this flow would be appreciated.

Hi @CU09050226-0

You are going to need to create an array, and inside your Loop, you will add each individual "attachment" as part of the array that will capture name and contentBytes.

Then your send email is outside of the Loop and you send it one time, attaching all the attachments via the Array.

Thanks for the response and suggestion. I think I need help with configuring the array and adding each individual "attachment" as part of the array.

1. Currently I am trying to create an array variable in this section which is outside the loop, like below

2. I am trying to add the pdf export from the export for paginated reports task to this array, like below

If you can help me configuring these steps it would be really helpful.
