Create a Planner task when a Microsoft Forms is submitted

Hey Guys,

I'm new to Power Automate and want to create of flow for my company. The idea is that the customer answers a Forms inquiry on the website. Then Power Automate creates a new task in the planner group "inquiry overview" with the desired Title, Bucket, Starting Date and Due Date.

The next step is to get all the different information of the Form into the task notes by updating the task details. Here is the problem though. Everything runs smooth but when the flow hits the "update task details" section an error occurs.

The error message says:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Update_task_details' inputs at line '1' and column '2329': 'Error reading string. Unexpected token: StartObject. Path 'headers.createdBy'.'.

and

InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Update_task_details' inputs at line '1' and column '2329': 'Error reading string. Unexpected token: StartObject. Path 'headers.createdBy'.'.

I used the flow template "Create a Planner task when a Microsoft Forms is submitted"  https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/Default-acfc0d23-ab2b-4f66-ab7a-c68a72021cc4/flows/94b07590-9152-469a-9ebf-ce43c21960b6

Thank you Guys for your help!

Markus

    Hi @MS-MM

Please delete and re-add the 'Update task details' action, this action has been updated, the updated action does not have the 'Run inputs' field, because you are using the flow in the template, which is not updated in time.

So please add new Update task details action and configure it and try again.
