13I have had this flow running for a while now and in the last few days it had started using my details in the request by section of the notification instead of the powerapp@microsoft.com.
does anyone know why is may have happened?
it is creating some issues with people rejecting or deleting it as they think it phishing or they don't know my name and think it not for them.
using Email Notification (V3) in the flow
