Receiving more than one Chat Bot notification

Looking to send a Chat Bot notification to the individual that was selected as the Assigned To within a SharePoint list.  The Power Automate works, but 2 Chat Bot notifications are sent for the same Request ID.

I am only concerned with sending the notification to the individual that was selected in the Assigned To column.  Notifications are NOT needed if any other columns in the SharePoint list are modified.

    Hi @Fine23 ,

You could try to add a trigger condtion in your trigger.

If any other columns in the SharePoint list are modified, flow will not be triggered.

@v-xiaochen-msft Thank you, I am not sure if additional changes in the SharePoint list are causing the duplicate notification to be sent, but I will add this to my flow as well.  Hopefully that was the issue.

@v-xiaochen-msft  can you suggest what I should enter in the trigger condition area to ensure that the flow is only triggered when the specific SharePoint column that I choose is modified?  I have not worked with trigger conditions before and am unsure what to enter.

    Hi @Fine23 ,

Sorry, I did a test and the trigger condition doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Please try this action 'Get changes for an item or a file'. It can check if a column value has changed.

Then you could try to add a condition in your flow.

    Does this help you?

    Best Regards,
