No response to form follow up email

I have a weekly recurring email sent to all users in the organization asking them to fill in a MS Form. I have used a flow to store their submissions in a SharePoint list.

All users are strictly required to fill in the form on a weekly basis by the given deadline.

Question: how can I use flow to send a followup email to users who have not filled in the form by the deadline?

    Hi @npsEDU ,

There a few ways of achieving this:

    1. Create a SP list with a list of each user.  When a response is submitted, update the list item corresponding to each user and record the response date or a flag.  Create a recurring flow to check which user has not submitted a form, sen an email and reset the date/flag.

    2. Add each employee to a group.  Store responses in a SP list.  Create a recurring flow to list each user in the group and check against responses.  This way is probably less efficient for more users.

    2. D365 customer voice allows you to create invitations and check responses.  Its an extra cost but throwing it in as another option.

    Hi thanks for your response.

I’m interested in exploring the first option

you described but not sure where to start. I have a SP of all users, can you give me a more detailed description of how to make the flow?

    thanks
