Hi,

I wanted to create a flow for an approval. Therefore, I want to use the Email notification in case of an approval. But i used to notifcations in the past in another flow. I dont want to use those (see screenshot). How can I delete them (since I can only have 2 and not add a 3rd one).

How can I delete the previous one's?

Many thanks, best regards

Hey Mate, Do you want send Email Notifications using another email/account? If Yes, just turn off the "New Designer" and "+Add a new connection"

Hi! Unfortunately, this isnt the issue.

As you can see on the screenshot, the new designer ("Neuer designer") is already turned on.
I want to send an email notification when a condition is fulfilled. But when adding the action "send email" i need to select a connection. In the past I added already to connections in one flow but canceled that flow without saving it. Now when I want to use the action "send email" I cannot select these connection but also not add a new connection since only 2 connections can be added.

Therefore, I want to know how to delete the "old" connections.

    Hey Mate,

Turn OFF the new designer... Once done you can create a new connection...

    You can also manage connections
