Hi all,

Hope somebody can help me.

I have a flow that converts a Word doc to a PDF, at one time. I get an error (Bad Gateway). See image below. I already deleted this action and the 'Create file' action that follows upon this one and set it up again. Didn't help.

Because I have more similar flows, I've tried another flow with exactly the same actions, that one runs fine. I've compared the steps from the flow that works fine with the error-steps - very precisely... Exactly the same.

What am I missing here?

I thought of something. This flow is a copy of another flow. I used 'Save as' within the other flow, gave it a name and adjusted this flow, which is giving me this error now. Could that be the cause?

Update
I've built a new flow all over again, started a new flow, copied some actions from the existing flow (but not the 'Convert Word Document to PDF' off course). Got the same error 🙄

Update 2
I've tried a new connection; didn't work.
I've set up a test flow (manually) with just the 'Convert a Word document to PDF' step:
If I try it with the document, it gives me the same error.
If I try another document in the same folder, it says that the document doesn't exist.
If I try another Word document in another folder, it works perfectly.
So I deleted the folder and made a new folder (with the same name); gives me the same error.

I'm clueless 😁

I finally was able to fix it.

The Word document that I used in the action 'Populate a Word document' turned out to have unreadable content...

My solution
I made a new Word document. Then I also had to replace the actions in my flow (populate a Word document, create file (Word), convert a Word document to PDF, create file (PDF)). Deleted the old actions and everything works great now 🥳
