I have a question about the connections that used by power app. Why I can not see the connections that other users add to power app in "Connections" tab in power app detail. Is there any reason or document about this

    Hi @chuhailinh ,

You can only see the connections created by your self ,unless someone else share their own connections with you.

In addition , only some connections (such as SQL Server with SQL or Windows authentication) are implicitly shared with the app when you share the app with other users. I think this link will help you a lot:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app-resources#connections

@v-bofeng-msft  Thanks for your answer, I have a question that: Why users can not use the same connections, it is easy for administrator to manage connections from different users. Like my context, now, I am an administrator, I want to manage connections from apps from different users and also want to see how many premium connections used by specific app. Please give me the idea or reason behind this design.

    Best Regards,
    Linh

    Hi @chuhailinh ,

This is by design. From the perspective of data security, I think it is necessary to let users access data sources using their own credentials.
