    Could you please double check if you select correct property for Since ?

    It takes 3 types: ( be careful when you use Trigger Window Start Token )

    1.  formula = triggerBody()?['{VersionNumber}'], value = 1.0 fore example.

    2. triggerBody()?['{TriggerWindowStartToken}'], avoid using WindowStartToken from get items,

    3. triggerBody()?['Created']

    You might be using the wrong TriggerWindowStartToken. please double check that.

    At since - int(triggerOutputs()?['body/{VersionNumber}']) of  an item created or modified was given

    The flow works only minor version - is yes.
    when giving minor version - no,

    the flow stuck at the same step

    Thanks for the feedback.
    I tried different combination of versionumber, couldn't reproduce the error.
    Do you use any other advanced parameters ?
    Have you tried to delete the top 3 steps and re-add them back?
