Hi All,

I have different SharePoint groups (Editor, Approver). customizing sharepoint list in power apps.

Trying to redirect from edit form to display form (Or any blank form with message) if user is not in part of Editor/Approver group and ApprovalStatus ="Approved".

I am very new to powerapps, where should i add this condition, is this going to be in Appstart or Editscreen ?

Can anyone pls guide me on the same?

Thanks

Vishnu

    Hi @Anonymous

I did some investigation regarding this but I was not able to find something specific. I found a forum that indicates how you can check if someone belongs to a group, this might help for your scenario: https://www.flexmind.co/blog/powerapps-role-based-security-using-sharepoint-group-flow/#:~:text=Create%20a%20SharePoint%20group%20and,membership%20of%20the%20group%3F%E2%80%9D.

    Best Regards,
