Hi Experts,

I send a file with PowerApps to Onedrive for Business. It works.

Now I want to get an shared link for this file. I did a "next step" with "Create shared link" with the Ondedrive-Connector but it is only possible to set the values for this link tp "Anonymous" or "Organizations".

Is it possible to set a password or a expiry date for this link. This function is possible with OneDriveApp but where is this option in the Flow-Connector.

    Hi @dobroo

Currently this feature is not supported with the directly available actions on the OneDrive connector. If you think this should be added as a feature, you can create an idea post or upvote similar existing ones here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/idb-p/MPAIdeas

However, there is a link expiration attribute that can be added to the create sharing link for a file action in SharePoint so if you can shift to SP, you can use this feature.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hi @yashag2255 ,

    thx for your reply.

I found this in SP for the expiration but I am still searching for the password function.

I need to encrypt the access to this shared filelink. Otherwise I have to encrypt the file before I upload this.

    Hi @dobroo

Gotcha. Unfortunately this is currently a limitation with these connectors and so you will probably have to encrypt the files beforehand only.

    Hope this Helps!
