Licensing question - Power Apps per app

Hi all,

We have an application being used by more than 100 users currently with the standard license. We are planning to move our data storage location from SharePoint to Dataverse. So we are thinking about using the Power Apps per app license, as most users do not use other applications.

Following this scenario, if we allocate a per app license to our application - and considering that we have 100 users using it - would the price be $5 x 100 users = $500/month?

Since I am the owner of the application, to be able to manipulate the tables in Dataverse would I also need a premium user license?

So the final price would be $500 + $20 = $520/month?

Another scenario we are considering is purchasing just one premium license per user. Create our tables in Dataverse, continue using the SharePoint list, but create flows in Power Automate to send data from SharePoint to Dataverse, is that legal?

Thanks.

    Hi @WarrenBelz I think this answers my last question, I didn't know there was a technical term for this, thanks.

    In this case, if I understand correctly, I should apply premium licenses to end users, as I would be using Power Automate to transfer data between standard and premium environments. My case would be Example 2 (page 8).

    Regarding my question about prices, do you know if it is correct?

    Thanks again.

    @danilohayasaki ,

    Yes - that is probably the best option for one app.
