Calendar Invites - wrong timezone | meeting hours

Hi, I'm using PowerAutomate to send a series of calendar invites. However, it's converting the hours wrongly. Meetings invites are always going out with a 2 hour delay. For instance, if on my excel sheet the meeting hour is "16:15" it sends the invite as if it were "18:15". How can I make it work?

The create event action is confusing.  Although you can choose a timezone when creating the calendar event, the actual time you need to input needs to be in UTC.  The timezone you choose controls what timezone the calendar will display by default, but the input to the action still needs to be UTC.  Its a detail that catches a lot of people when they first use the action to create a calendar event.

When sending the invites I'm choosing 'Time zone : UTC+01:00 Amsterdam and etc, but when the meetings are being send out it shows a different time (2 hours delay). For instance, if I have a meeting at 16:00 it shows on the calendar like it is 18:00.

I'm on CET timezone. So, when sending the invites I'm choosing the correct timezone in the invites, but apparently is not converting anyway. Is that a way the I do not have to adjust meetings hours in the excel file?

What Time Zone are you in?  Excel interprets Time as Time Zone independent and the Calendar invites are expecting UTC time zone.  So if you take the value direct from Excel it can be interpreted as your local timezone instead of UTC.  You'll need to adjust for the difference.
