1. I am trying to copy the items from Coupa and create a SharePoint list of the same.
2. Submit a Purchase Request via MS form and create the Purchase Order in Coupa

Thanks for your quick response. I tried to login with my credentials but the portal didn't let me in (Reset pw didn't help either). I went through the FAQs, I need to verify with my Organisation's Coupa Designated Support Contact.
Yeh you will have to speak to your coupa admin to get you an account on the forum.
If you don't have admin rights you wont be able to do the power automate flow anyway.
