Flow not running manually and automatically

Hi,

I tried running a flow with email attachment downloading from a Gmail account. I am not able to run it manually and automatically. When I try to run manually, it shows

 'To see it work now, perform the starting action.' I don't know what it means?
I tried running it automatically and I selected the option 'Trigger with the most recent item in Gmail'. It isn't running either.
No error or warning shown in Flow checker.
How can I run the flow?

    @Anonymous

    When it says "perform the starting action" it means that the trigger is waiting to immediately run when it should.  So, it the trigger is supposed to fire when your GMail account receives an email, then send an email to your GMail account.  Your Flow should run almost immediately after the email is received.

    What is the trigger step of your flow?

    The error message is telling you don't have a valid gateway, are you creating file to your local folder? If so, you need to install an enterprise on-premise data gateway and use the gateway when build connection.
