I am working in Power Automate to perform a bound action on a table called "Injury Registers." When I try to select the Action Name, I get the following message:

"Could not retrieve values. Did not find any bound actions for table 'Injury Registers.

The dropdown does not show any actions, and I cannot proceed.

Details:

The table is connected correctly.
I have appropriate permissions to the table and data.
The table seems available, but no actions appear.

Questions for the community:

Why is this error occurring?
How can I check if bound actions are configured for this table?
Are there any additional steps to troubleshoot or enable bound actions for a custom table?
