Can we generate QR code inside Power Automate without using Encodian connector and reply on built-in connectors which do not require additional subscriptions
You can always make your own QR service, its fairly simple and there are lots of guides out there on how to do it. But ofc depends on your coding experience. Otherwise i know google has a free QR API but last time i checked it was deprecated.
Then you can just call it with the HTTP connector in your flow.
