Reading Teams Channel

Looking to create a repeatable process where i can point an agent at a shared Teams chat where many teams are asking for assistance on items. We believe we can automate most of the incoming requests to free up capacity.
Any clues on how to even be able to "read" the teams channel?

For a support scenario where multiple teams request assistance:
    • Use a dedicated Teams channel rather than a group chat.
    • Trigger a Power Automate flow when a new channel message is posted.
    • Send the message to a Copilot Studio agent for classification and response.
    • Automatically respond to common questions and route complex requests to human agents.
This approach is fully supported, easier to govern, and scales much better than trying to monitor private or group chats.
