I want to do outlook -> sql server
or outlook -> csv file attachment -> sql server
or outlook -> csv file attachment -> excel file conversion -> sql server
ultimately just want the email attachment (a small csv file) inserted into a table I specify.

Please refer to the screenshot below. You can directly add the attachment to the SQL column (provided it is of the correct type. I have used "varbinary(max)" in this case)
