Send an email to MS form responder when form response submitted in Microsoft Forms

Hello,

How would I modify the Send email to MS form responder when form response submitted power automate template whereby the form I have is bilingual (English/French). How would I go about modifying this default template to send an email notification based on the language the user chooses in the MS Form. I am not sure how the logic should be structured.

I am maybe not going to help but is the form an internal one for a company that has multiple users in different location i.e UK and France. Or is it going be used for external users.

The form is for internal no other Country to be included.

Okay so you have internal form with users that are logged into to M365. Your form has a radio selection to selct either FR or EN. I think you need tow sections of the flow, ie.e a paralle branch with an if satement in each branch to slect either EN or FR and then manually compose the email that way to send to them. The only thing that might not be in either language is the dynamic content of the email.

Anyway I wil probably not be able to help much more than the above. Sorry.

Do you users have their default language set in their profile. If they do can you then not set up a parralle branch with the IF to then select languiae of the email

It has nothing to do with their profile, the form is bilingual there is a dropdown to select between English or French.

My question is, based on taking the default template in power automate "Send an email to form responder when response submitted in Microsoft Forms.
All I need to do is modify this flow to produce an automated email notification but only send the email in the language based on their selection of the language in the form.
