When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) trigger not working

I am trying to create a flow where an attachment from an email received in a shared mailbox is taken and saved down into a SharePoint folder. I have tried this with my own inbox and it is working fine but not working at all for the Shared Mailbox. Nothing is showing in the flow history despite me sending several mails.

I have the ability to respond from the shared email, as this is what my teams inquiry monitor dashboard is built off of, but for some reason the flow is not working.

Has anyone had any similar issues before? If so how did you solve them?

    Hi,

The only thing that I can think of is that you do not have Read permissions. You can have Read, Send or Admin and it sounds like you need to add Read for you to make it work.

This is the trigger - as you can see it is recognizing the folders for the original mailbox
