Signing up for a course with Microsoft Flow

Hello everybody

I'm new with Microsoft Flow and I have the following question. How on the best possible way to create the following flow:

1. There are 3 type of courses with limited seats.

2. The users, who want to attend can subscibe, by adding themselves to a list.

3. The list is limited to 15 for each course (can the limitation be also done in MS Flow?).7

4. After the limit is reached the users can get a notification that the max number is reached or the "new item"button can become unavailable.

5. 24 hours before the start of the course an emal is generated with all atendees and is sent automatically to the course mentor.

6. The next week the list is empy and the users can start adding themselves; or the old list is completed and the users can stard adding themselves.

If you have some experiance with scenarios like this or some best-practices examples, will be happy to hear them.

Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous,

Are you working with SharePoint list? How do you want the users to add themselves to the list?

Let’s say you will trigger the flow by a button and add the user to the list by the button input.

As you want to check if the is reached or not, after the button, add the action Get items.

Then add a Condition to check the total users in the list with the following code:

    @greaterOrEquals(length(body('Get_items')?['value']), 15)

If yes, then it means that it has reached the limit, delay until 24 Hours before the start of the course, then create HTML table, send an email to the mentor with all the attendees.

Note: In the send an email action, please enable Yes for the Is HTML field.

If no, create item with the details of the attendee.

Please check the following screenshot for a reference.

    Best regards,
