Knowledge Source: Live connection to a Word on SharePoint ?

Hi,
 
I am new to this.
 
As I am refining my Word docs through iterations, is there a way not to have to reupload the knowledge source every time after doing modifications to my Word?
I don't want to have the whole SharePoint as a knowledge source, because there are many other Words not relevant for the chatbot.
