I was under the impression that this would @ a tag in the channel or @ the team with in the below message. The above is the error that I recieved for the flow. The second picture is the flow and in teams I have used the tag that is for the channel specific. Flow had me enter in manually the tag name since I was getting the following

I was running into that same issue and got in contact with Microsoft. Unfortunately, that action is still in preview and work in progress.
