Automate daily reminder emails from Sharepoint calendar list

Hi I'm very new to SharePoint and my team utilizes it to track scheduled work. I have a SharePoint list setup as a calendar and my team utilizes this as a tracker. Trying to figure out if there's a way to setup an automatic email that is sent out daily at a specific time for this item list. Email would be sent daily. Any items that matches the current day would be be included in the email. My goal is to create a daily reminder email that is sent to my team's email. Instead of us always having to look at the tracker.

ex. please see image. So anything on the day of (green) will automate an email.

Any help is appreciated and just need to get a general direction of what I would need to include on the automate flow.

    Hi @FEstilong  ,

Please checkout the below article. Here instead of posting the Events to Teams , you can use send an Email(V2) action to email the users.

If this solves your problem , please consider marking this as a solution.

    Thanks,

    Hi

Thanks for sending that link. That definitely helped me get a rough direction to a solution.

I've gotten the email to work but would like to change the format of the timezone.

This is what the email looks like at the moment

    And below is my flow:

(The function I have for the get items is:

(DateTimeofRemoteAccess gt '@{utcNow('yyyy-MM-ddT00:00:00Z')}') or (DateTimeofRemoteAccess lt '@{addDays(utcNow(),1,'yyyy-MM-ddT00:00:00Z')}')

    Hi @FEstilong  ,

To convert time zone you can use the function convert time zone. The syntax for the same is as below. If you want to convert the time zone for all the values from your select array then you have to write the expression in your select action on the Time column , as below.

    convertTimeZone(item()?['Time'],'UTC','Eastern Standard Time','dd/MM/yyyy')

convertTimeZone(timestamp: string, sourceTimeZone: string, destinationTimeZone: string, format?: string)

    Microsoft Documentation Link : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/power-platform/power-automate/converting-time-zone-power-automate

Also you can use the filter array action(before select action) and get only non null values of Time(Filter array to get values where time column is not null) , which will prevent your flow from running into an error if it ever encounters null values for time.

If this helps , please give this a thumbs up and mark this as a solution.

    Thanks,
