    Hi @Anonymous

If I understood correctly, when the user runs the flow it has to get the username of the PC and then if that matches to the condition then show the message popup, If that is correct, below is a sample workflow

if not, then can you share some details about your requirement

Thank you for your reply, I am new to Power Automate Desktop but not to workflow software.  I have my flow running successfully and sending emails but the process reaches a point where the user who is receiving the emails has to decide if the process continues or ends.   My idea is to present a Yes No Message Box to this user and capture their answer.  Is there a way to set the environmental variable to this particular username to display the message box on their desktop?  Thank you for your help.

The message box can only be displayed on the machine on which the flow runs. You cannot display it on a different machine. That's not how it works. So, if your flow actually runs on all of the machines of the involved users, you can obviously let them decide via a message box. If it runs on a single centralized machine, you cannot do that. And then you need an alternative way, such as sending a message to them via email or Teams or something like that.

It would be easier to set up via cloud flows in fact, where you can send an adaptive card via Teams. Do you have a Premium license to use Power Automate cloud flows?
