Hi,
Have been tryi ng to do this without success. I can see that there is a flow to link to outlook.com and office 365 but this doesnt seem to work for the desktop Outlook program? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

Could you explain in detail the usage scenarios of the Flow you want to create?
I am afraid I have not fully understood your needs.
Do you mean there is no connector for the desktop Outlook program?
Please provide more details about "Linking Staff hub with Microsoft Outlook (PC Desktop version)".
