Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello, we're a small non-profit organisation based in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking to develop a platform using Power Portal that hosts e-learning modules (which are SCORM and xAPI compliant). Instead of using a Learning Management System (LMS) to host, sequence, and deliver content, as well as capture assessments data (we use Dynamics) and personalise content, I wondered if anyone has used Power Portal to develop a scalable platform that does the same thing as LMS, but better? In short, could Power Portal be customised so that it behaves as an LMS?
If you have had experience doing the same, or have an idea of how to implement it, I would appreciate some advice. Thanks again and hope you all have a successful new year - Happy Holidays!
