Anyone know how to collect approval responses after one approver has rejected?

Hi everyone,

I am setting up an approval workflow using the template "Request Approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file". I have tweaked it to ensure the approval is issued to the same six approvers every time. It is working great, until someone responds with 'reject'. As you would know, once one responder rejects an approval request, it cancels the whole request for any remaining approvers. Ideally, I would like to still capture the responses of all six approvers, regardless of whether they approve or reject the request. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Please let me know if more detail is needed. I will be very grateful for any advice.

Thanks

Thank you @v-bofeng-msft, I appreciate your response - unexpectedly, I managed to resolve this in a simpler manner by changing the Approval type to 'Custom Responses - Wait for all responses' and set the options to "Approved" and "Rejected".

    Hi @eellis1 ,

Please consider adding six branches to send individual approvals to each person.
