Hello
Is it possible to receive email notifications when any of my flows fails?
It is really not very convenient to have to add a Send Email step to each of my flows!

The only way I can think of is what you described. Use an email action within a try/catch/finally scope here to send the email out.
I guess you could write errors into a list and trigger the emails against new items created on that list?
