Can we cache the response of a workflow to 2 hours?

I have a child flow which accept an Office 365 group name >> and return the group members in a semi-collon separated string:-

Now to improve the performance of the flow, can we cache the results of this workflow let say for 2 hours? so if the workflow get the same input in 2 hours to return the same output,,, without having to execute the steps???

We can not cache results for flow by built-in settings.

For your requirement, You could try to save the result to database like Excel or dataverse, and then retrive value from database, check the value and datetime to control whether to get value from power automate operation again.

Or, you could try to combine database and When a group member is added or removed trigger, you can save all group and members in database, and then update the database by this trigger, finally you only need to query database by group name.
