Hey so I am making a performance review app for my company through PowerApps and a SharePoint list. The issue I'm running into is the list was created on our HR SP site and I wanted to restrict it, so users couldn't read or edit it unless they were a manager. Problem is, I must give them edit access for the submit form function to work in PowerApps. Does anyone know any way to better restrict this so on the SharePoint site its not viewable to users, but they can still submit to the list from the app?
I've made it so the only way to get to the list is to be on the HR site, you'd have to click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and then go to site contents and then you'll see the list. I don't expect this to be an issue as users don't even know its there on the HR site and they don't know anything about 'site contents' , but still I feel like there could be something I'm missing....
