Works some times

I have a flow that watches an Outlook shared mailbox. When an email arrives it checks to see if there is an attachment and if there is the attachment is saved in a SharePoint folder. If there is no attachment the email is saved in a different SharePoint folder. When I run a test it tells me that everything works fine. Unfortunately, I have no idea what that means as the attachments/files are never delivered or if they are it could 5 minutes later or an hour later or as I've never. Additionally, the cloud flow runs all the time and sometimes it is successful and sometimes it fails.

How does one go about either debugging this or finding some help that is more experienced to fix it? My preference would be to debug it but at this point I have wasted days trying to get a consistent flow.

Thanks

Thanks for this solution unfortunately the emails I'm trying to save don't have attachments. The ones that do I am doing exactly what you do. The delay is coming from the point of save the file, not before
