My flow, triggered by submission of a MS Form, regularly fails when processing a document uploaded via a MS Forms question.
Each time, it returns the following message:
Exception of type 'Microsoft.Vroom.Exceptions.ResourceLockedVroomException' was thrown.
This appears to be a software bug as, frequently, the flow then progresses normally when the flow is manually resubmitted.
I need this to be resolved as the error rate is significantly increasing and starting to jeopardise the utility of the flow.
