Power Automate Flow to track date of status change

Hey dear community,

can someone help with the following problem:

I have a Sharepoint list in which ideas are tracked. Depending on the progress of idea implementation it gets a different status (S0-S5). Therefore I have 6 columns for those status.

When the status column is set to "Complete" (Choice), then the date should be automatically entered in the respective "Status date columns" (S0 Date to S5 Date). This should be done for every status, to see how much time it takes between the different status.

I found a promising flow here in the community and tried it, but always receive the error "Action branching Condition not satisfied".

Could someone show me how such a flow should look like?

Thank you

Andrea

@Andrea1231 It's hard to provide recommendations without seeing a screenshot of your flow. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click on each of your actions to expand them and post a screenshot of that.

    Hey,

thank you for the very fast reply.

I will check out your videos and Youtube channel 🙂

I tried to visualize my flow.

The names of the columns are meanwhile a little different, so I adapted the screenshot to my initial request:
