Create/Update 2 Separate forms from selected Combo box value

I am fairly new to PowerApps so I apologize if this is a basic question.

I have a single gallery and a Combo box.

I wanted to show and create a list from a form based on the selected value in Combo box, which has 3 selections.

My concern is when

if I select CAPEX/OPEX on the Combo box,

This will show 2 forms that have Combo box value of CAPEX and the other one is OPEX, which I could edit and submit after inputting and editing the values.

And show it again after selecting the item on the gallery with each item is the 1st (CAPEX) and 2nd (OPEX) item on the list

I'm struggling to show them both in the separate form with their respective CAPEX and OPEX values.

Can anyone assist me with how to do this in PowerApps? Thanks in advance.

    Use the Visible property of the forms and set one to

    Combobox1.Selected.Value="CAPEX"||"CAPEX/OPEX"

    and the other to

    Combobox1.Selected.Value="OPEX"||"CAPEX/OPEX"

    Thanks. I was able to have it separately on the form.. but how could I able to call it on the gallery onselect events with same reference but has different ID..

    It's possible to call it on the first form as ID 1 and the other form as ID 2? but don't know how?

    Thanks in advance.

    Please explain better what you are trying to do. What is a capex and an opex? Do you have only one record or two on the same list?

    I have 2 records at the same time.

    When every time I select an item from the gallery it should show it in 2 separate forms, the first and second item. The gallery has a reference number but filtered to be distinct records. So instead of showing only 1 record item, I would like to show them both for editing.

    The CAPEX/OPEX is just a choices on the combobox, to trigger/show the forms separately.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance.
