Hi everyone - I'm having problems running very simple flow that creates a new Freshdesk ticket when triggered.
The trigger action runs OK but the Create New Ticket action constantly shows 'Retries' and fails with no error message.
I know that 429 means too many attempts but this flow has only attempted to run once!!
Any help would be great! Thank you 🙂
Hey @Anonymous
Glad that it worked out.

I've worked it out.
The level of plan we were on with Freshdesk obviously doesn't allow any automated connectivity.
I upgraded to a free trial on the next level plan up and it worked.
Thank you anyhow @yashag2255

As mentioned in the document the number of requests you can make is 100 in a minute (and does not look like that you might have crossed that threshold)
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/freshdesk/
Can you please wait for an hour or so just so that we can make a final test and see it is not some kind of a bug.
Hi @yashag2255
1. Do you have admin access to Freshdesk account?
Yes - Account Administrator
2. If yes, can you check the status of the account by going to the Account settings? , If no, can you confirm what role you have on freshdesk?
Yes
3. Are you manually able to create a ticket with the credentials you used to connect to freshdesk in the flow?
Yes
4. Can you create a new flow with same actions and check if you continue to get the same error?
I've already done this, the version you are seeing in the screenshot is about the fourth version and the most simple. I get the same error every time.
5. If all above fail, can you try deleting the current connection to freshdesk and create a new one in the flow and run the flow to check if you get the same error?
I have recreated it twice. I just removed and tried to create it again and got this error, which is bizarre as there is *nothing* attempting to connect to it:

This is wierd. Can you please do a few checks:
1. Do you have admin access to Freshdesk account?
2. If yes, can you check the status of the account by going to the Account settings? , If no, can you confirm what role you have on freshdesk?
3. Are you manually able to create a ticket with the credentials you used to connect to freshdesk in the flow?
4. Can you create a new flow with same actions and check if you continue to get the same error?
5. If all above fail, can you try deleting the current connection to freshdesk and create a new one in the flow and run the flow to check if you get the same error?
It is a list of items that I would do to debug this isssue on my flow. Can you please try these out and post the outcome here? Thanks,
Nope - same problem as always.
Hey @Anonymous
I just tried doing this in my environment and it works fine. I am guessing this could be a caching issue. Can you please log out of the current session and close the browser window. Start a fresh session and run the flow to check if you are continuing to face the issue?
No it does not, that is why I am posting this problem..
@Anonymous
Is it creating the ticket on freshdesk?
Here it is - pretty basic. No reason given that I can see for any throttling - it's only retried once in two hours?? There are no errors when checking the flow and apparently the connector to Freshdesk is fine....
