I have open shifts in Teams (we are using MS Shifts), and I would like to provide a list of all open shifts to the users of the power app. The users will then select the shifts they want to work in the Power App and submit requests to their managers. At that point, the managers can approve or deny their requests.
At a later point, I would like to automate the approval process to first come first serve.
This is what I have so far and I don't know where to go from here:
