Extracting href link from a website

I'm very new to power automate i'm using it for creation of a study sheet where i could look into text from a legal decision and it's link in another cell i could mass extract the text from the website but i'm unable to get Href or link from this particular website ( https://esaj.tjsp.jus.br/gcn-frontend-vue/parecer/consulta ) what solutions can I take to get link from all the elements after doing my search??

First the search
the results are shown like that and clicking the "eye button" it opens another tab with a pdf file
And I would it either like to get the link for each of the result (as href attribute) or download all of the files(file below)

Bulk href extraction is not natively available in Power Automate Desktop, but you can use JavaScript to accomplish this.

Could you please provide some screenshots showing the href you are trying to extract? Once I review your screenshots, I will be able to assist you accordingly.
