An unexpected error has occurred :An error occurred while initializing the flow

An unexpected error has occurred in Power Automate Desktop:

"An error occurred while initializing the flow.

Failed to initialize the flow. Please ensure you have an active internet connection and contact your administrator."

Due to this issue, I am unable to edit previously created flows. However, I can still execute them.

Additionally, for flows created today, both editing and execution are possible.

I have checked similar past questions, but none of the solutions worked for me, so I am reaching out for support.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

If there is no solution, I am considering uninstalling and reinstalling Power Automate Desktop. In that case, will my previous flows be deleted?

I look forward to your response.

Are you logging in the same PAD account in multiple devices?
I also faced this problem after that. Save and close the flow in another device. Refresh main page in this device. And update PAD such that version of both devices are the same. Then re-login PAD. This solved my problem.

I am not logged in simultaneously.
More than three days have passed, but there are no known network issues, and I am very troubled.

I tested on another Windows 11 PC (PC②), and the results are as follows:

    • PC① (Windows 10) + Company My Account → Unable to edit the flow, error occurs
    • PC② (Windows 11) + Company My Account → Able to edit and execute the flow normally

This suggests that there might be a compatibility issue between Windows 10 and the latest version of Power Automate Desktop.
