Office Scripts sharing for Power Automate flows but not in Workbook

How can i share the Office Scripts with Team mates so they can run the Workflow that uses those Scripts?

I have recently built some power automate flows that use Office Scripts to unlock and lock a workbook to allow data to be transferred from one Excel workbook to a secure Workbook that has a secure Worksheet lock. I manually run the Flow and i don't share the scripts in the secure Workbook.

I have team members who may need to run the Flows that contain the Excel Office Script action, but the problem is I don't want to share via workbook as it would mean other people who access the secure workbook could run it.

I understand that the Office Script is stored in OneDrive.

    Hi @Altsmith23 ,

Do you mean you only want to share the script to member, but not the worksheet?

From this blog, we can know that the script can only be shared with Users of the Excel workbook, and the script is actually attached to the workbook. In addition, shared scripts can only be run by users with write permissions to the workbook.

Hence, I'm afraid your need can’t be achieved for now. Please submit an idea to Office365 Community.

    Hope this helps.

    Sik
